Item # 1:

The Illinois State Police Division of Forensic Science is seeking a vendor or vendors to provide Firearms and DNA proficiency tests which need to be ordered by November 1, 2024. Vendor is required to have ISO 17043 accreditation. Vendor should be able to provide proficiency tests acceptable for the ISO 17025 compliance of proficiency tests requirements for accredited forensic science labs. Pricing submitted should be price per test and shipping must be included in pricing per test. Bids will be awarded to lowest bidding vendor per test. The vendor must be able to ship the items within 15 days of ordering unless an alternate time frame has been mutually approved by the vendor and ISP. NOTE: Not all items will be shipped to the same address. Shipping is to multiple addresses. The addresses will be identified at time of purchase.
