The Illinois State Police (ISP), Special Operations Command (SOCOM), State Weapons of Mass Destruction Team (SWMDT) has a need to procure the following items: Four (4) Tactical Electronics 2nd Line EOD Tool Kit, or approved equivalent. See specification sheet in attachments. Award will be based on lowest total cost which vendor needs to include shipping in the line item price. Delivery should be with in 60 days of contract execution unless otherwise agreed upon extension between the vendor and ISP but prior to June 30, 2025. The shipping address: Illinois State Police/Socom-4700 Rodgers Street, Springfield, Il 62703. Deliveries can only be received Mon-Fri-8:30am-4:30pm. No holiday or weekend deliveries accepted. *** Use of a brand name is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. "Or equal" submissions will not be rejected because of minor differences in design, construction or features that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder. Bidders should provide with their bid submission a specification sheet or other suitable documentation which shall include, at a minimum, Brand Name, Model Name, and Specifications for the products quoted. This must be of sufficient detail to enable the ISP to determine whether the product offered to the ISP meets our requirements as stated in this Bid. This information must be provided at a minimum in the -Alternative Description- section, and as needed, supplemented by information a Bidder attaches to their Bid.
