The Illinois State Police is seeking a vendor to supply Ballistic NIJ Level IIIA Helmet with Accessories. The vendor must be able to transfer any manufacturer warranty to ISP SOCOM to ensure authenticity, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards.. Illinois State Police, Special Operations Command, reserves the right to deny any and all bids that do not meet the listed specifications. Winning vendor will be awarded based on total bid. Shipping must be included in line item pricing. Shipping after 30 days of contract execution unless mutually agreed upon extension. All shipments must be received by June 30, 2025. The division will accept partial shipment in case of back order. Delivery will be made to Illinois State Police 4700 Rodgers St, Springfield, Il 62703. Deliveries received only Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, No holiday or Saturday deliveries.
