Repairs to Beaver Dam Tower located in Beaver Dam State Park. Work is to include:
Order materials for emergency repairs
Receive, inventory, and deliver to site
Set up access with ISP for work
See Attachment for required materials
Mobilize crew to site and rig tower to the top
Remove damaged VHF antenna on top of tower and replace Remove existing damaged 7/8 inch line and install new 1-5/8 inch line Remove and install a new 7/8 inch line to existing VHF antenna at 400' Test new lines and antenna and provide test data to ISP
Provide pictures of installation to ISP
Do a visual inspection with pictures
