A. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/BIDS
The Town of Derry (Owner), New Hampshire is requesting proposals/bids to construct a
replacement wastewater effluent force main for the portions of the main that runs between
Transfer Lane and Ela Ave in Derry, NH (approximately 1,350 feet).
All bidders are required to visit the site to determine existing conditions and obtain all
pertinent dimensions, etc. that would affect the work. Bids submitted shall include a
written certification that a site visit was made, and that the Bidder is fully familiar with all
existing conditions.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be on 7/16/2026 at 10:00 AM at the Derry Town
Hall located at 14 Manning Street, Derry, NH 03038.
The Town of Derry will accept proposals/bids at:
14 Manning Street, Derry, NH 03038 (physical & mailing address)
until 2:00 p.m. on 8/4/2026, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
The bid proposal that allows the project to be performed within the Owner's available
budget and will result in the work being performed in a schedule and manner that is in the
best interest of the Owner shall be the basis of selection for award of the work. The Owner
reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the cost of preparing a bid submittal is the
sole responsibility of the Bidder.
