The Derry Police Department is accepting bids for dry cleaning services for the period of July 1,
2026, through June 30, 2027.

If you wish to be considered, I have enclosed an authorized list of items that may be requested to
be cleaned by your business. Please indicate next to each item the price that you would be
willing to guarantee during the above period. Your prices should include the following:

Pick-up and delivery service to Police Headquarters twice a week.
Bags supplied by the vendor for soiled clothing.

An indicated discount on items not listed.

Whether or not you accept items soiled with biohazards for cleaning.

If you are interested in placing a bid, please complete the attached form and submit it to my
attention no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026.

e An indicated discount on items not listed.
