Deposit:
Copies of the drawings and specifications may be obtained by bidders at the
office of Skyline Engineering. Copies are on file for viewing purposes only at
the Construction and Facilities Management Office 2823 West Main St. Rapid
City, SD 57702

Bid Security:
Each bid in excess of $100,000 must be accompanied by a certified check,
cashier’s check, or draft in the amount of five percent (5%) or a ten percent
(10%) bid bond.

Completion:
Substantially complete 260 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.

Site Visit:
No Prebid meeting is scheduled.  Make

Description:
The project is to replace the existing EPDM roof membrane system. (appr. 25,380
SF)
