Summary

The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for Preventative Maintenance and cleaning on centrifuges located at the Thompson-Bishop-Sparks Laboratory located at 890 Simms Road, Auburn, AL 36832.  Vendors must submit their quotes electronicly to participate in the solicitation.  Vendors who need assistance with submitting their quote may contact the Alabama Buys Helpdesk at (334) 353-0700.

***Vendor will quote total price to perform Preventative Maintenance and Cleaning for all equipment***

Specifications:

Preventive Maintenance to include:

(1) General inspection, electrical inspection, mechanical inspection, rotor inspection performance function checks and safety systems inspections and document verification of speed, timer, & temperature with NIST-traceable test equipment.
(2) Calibrate centrifuges traceable, to NIIST standards and provide reference data.
(3) Calibrate temperatures as needed to NIIST standards and provide reference data - ***MUST BE FDA and USDA COMPLIANT***
