The Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for janitorial service for our Pesticide Residue Laboratory and State Chemical Laboratory located at 1171 Wire Road, Auburn, AL 36832.

Specifications:

(1) Janitorial service to be performed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Service Location: 1171 Wire Road, Auburn, AL 36832.
Building Square Footage: Approximately 10,000 Square Feet.

Suppliers will provide total monthly price to complete daily, weekly, twice a week, monthly, and as-needed tasks on this line.  See attached Janitorial Specifications for tasks that need to be performed.
Service period: 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027

(2) Janitorial service to be performed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
