Dept. Of Agriculture - Pesticide Residue Lab - Annual Agreement - QuEChERS Packets

The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking a sole source annual agreement for Quechers Packets as needed for the Pesticide Residue Lab, 1171 Wire Rd., Auburn, AL 36832.

All participating suppliers must possess an established quality assurance program that includes a Quality Management System ISO accreditation for the distribution of medical and scientific products. All suppliers must warranty offered products should the products not perform satisfactorily due to any reason other than misuse.  Suppliers must replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.

Annual Agreement Valid Period: 10/1/2026 – 9/30/2027.

Note To Supplier: Model/Part Number and Descriptive Literature

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
