Dept. Of Agriculture - Elba Lab - Ceiling Light Installation

The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes to have eight (8) High Bay 250 Watt HPS lights removed and replaced with LED lights at the J. B. Taylor Regional Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (Elba Lab) located at 495 State Road 203, Elba, AL  36323.  Electrician must be licensed.  The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries reserves the right to request a copy of the electrician's electrical license.

Description Of Service: Remove eight (8) High Bay 250 Watt HPS lights and replace with LED lights.

Distance From Floor To Ceiling: Approximately 20 Feet.

Special Requirement: Service must be performed within thirty (30) days from issuance of purchase order.

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
