The Thompson Bishop Sparks State Diagnostic Laboratory located at 890 Simms Road, Auburn, AL 36832 is seeking quotes for primers and probes. The primers and probes must be shipped to the laboratory within 15 business days from receipt of purchase order.

Note: All participating Suppliers must possess an established quality assurance program that includes a Quality Management System ISO accreditation for the distribution of medical and scientific products.  All Suppliers must warranty offered products should the products not perform satisfactory due to any reason other than misuse.  Suppliers must replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
