All participating vendors must possess an established quality assurance program that includes a Quality Management System ISO accreditation for the distribution of medical and scientific products. All vendors must warranty offered products should the products not perform satisfactorily due to any reason other than misuse.  Vendors must replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.
