The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries is seeking a sole source quote for an animal health software for our Animal Industries Division.  The software includes CoreOne Animal Health, CVI Central, and StateVet.com.

(1) CoreOne Animal Health: A modern database system used for the management of animal health information.

(2) CVI Central: A software system for timely and accurate management of CVIs by the offices of State Animal Health.

(3) StateVet.com: A software system for providing interfaces that are accessible by the public and can be used to integrate with CoreOne Animal Health in a secure manner.

Service Period: 7/1/2026 through 6/30/2027.

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
