Description:

Ellis County Kansas Commission is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP), to remove a safe deposit box at the Ellis County Administration Center.  The deposit box is located within a storage room in the Register of Deeds office at the Ellis County Administration Center at 718 main Hays, KS.

Schedule to complete work shall be stated in each proposal.  The complete RFP can be found HERE.

The submissions must be received by Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 12:00 pm CDT within a sealed envelope labeled “RFP – 2025 –Security Box Removal”.  The location to drop off bid documents is at 1105 East 22nd Street, Hays Kansas, 67601 at the Ellis County Emergency Services Building.  Documents must also be available after bid opening if requested in PDF copies which can be sent to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. .
