The Town of Truro-Department of Public Works-Invitation for Bids (IFB)

Sealed bids for the Truro Department of Public Works PFAS Mitigation Project will be received at the Truro Town Hall, 24 Town Hall Road, until 2:00PM on May 20, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

Project Scope:  The work includes the construction of an impermeable soil cap containing approximately 8,000 square feet of geomembrane and geosynthetic clay liner, general soil grading and management, and the construction of a permeable reactive barrier (PRB) wall using sonic drilling and DualSorb.  The work will be completed under the direction of the Town of Truro's Licensed Site Professional, HRP Associates, Inc.

Prevailing Wages:  Wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Labor and Workforce Development under M.G.L. c. 149, §§ 26 to 27D apply to this project.
