The purpose of this bid is to purchase
Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture Program funded Drone First Responder (DFR) Docks and Accessories
. This purchase will be paid for with federal funds.
Bidders must comply with all provisions of 2 CFR Part 200 and sign the provided Federal Funds addendum.
DUE TO THE FUNDING SOURCE NOTED ABOVE, VENDORS MUST BID DIRECTLY TO THE CITY. QUOTING THESE ITEMS THROUGH A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN A NON-RESPONSIVE BID.
All questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. T he responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
