**ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY** MassDEP is publishing this Notice of Intent to Award a Best Value Grant to the City of Woburn, Massachusetts, through the Natural Resource Damages Program, for the purpose of implementing the construction phase of the Scalley Dam Fishway Design and Construction Restoration Project in Woburn, Massachusetts. The award of this Best Value Grant will allow the City to conduct various activities in support of the construction phase of the Scalley Dam Project.
