The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with one qualified supplier through competitive negotiation, to perform forensic deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) testing for Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Forensic Science (DFS), Forensic Biology Section.Location where cases/work will be shipped from - See work location below.An optional virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on February 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET via Microsoft Teams.
