Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with one qualified supplier through competitive negotiation, to perform forensic deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) testing for Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Forensic Science (DFS), Forensic Biology Section.

An optional virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on February 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET via Microsoft Teams. Offerors that plan to attend must RSVP by February 24, 2025 (Monday) at 12:00PM ET by sending an email to mike.oprysko@dfs.virginia.gov
Vendors are required to provide vendor name, business email address/phone number of all individuals attending. Those who RSVP will be sent a Microsoft Teams Meeting Invite.
