Summary

This project is Phase 2 Landscape and Irrigation Improvements for the Plaza and Pavilions at Denver Union Station (DUS) illustrated in the drawings, general and technical specifications provided within. This project will complete the landscape design at the Wewatta and Chestnut Pavilions and repair and replace the failed landscape and irrigation at the DUS Light Rail Platform Plaza.

Completion of this project will provide a sustainable planting design and seasonally attractive entrance to DUS from the Light Rail Platform while providing RTD operators and customers with a more pleasant user experience.
