The University of Toronto (the “University”) is seeking responses to this RFP from prequalified vendors of record to provide professional Project Management Services to fulfill the role of a Senior Project Manager (SPM).

Successful proponents will provide services for the Dentistry building at the University of Toronto's St. George campus.  The RFP covers services for two projects:
  1. Lab 4 is under construction utilizing the stipulated sum delivery method, using the CCDC 2-2013 contract along with the University of Toronto's supplementary conditions.
  2. Clinic 2 will follow a construction management approach, utilizing the CCDC-5B with the University of Toronto's supplementary general conditions. Respondents to this RFP must demonstrate expertise in both delivery models.
