HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Dental Services for the inpatient population at the Waco Center for Youth (WCY).

a) Must maintain the following certifications, registrations, licenses or permits:

b) Contractor must hold a DDS or DMS degree in dentistry.

c) All services performed will meet all requirements of the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners to provide dental services.

d) Certify that license, permit or certificate has not been revoked by any Health and Human Services agency or public safety and criminal justice agency.

e) If the contractor provides anesthesia, contractor shall have a DEA permit to prescribe controlled substances.

f) All certifications, registrations, licenses or permits required by state law are to remain in good standing in the profession during the term of this Contract.
