Virginia Community College Shared Services Center -Multiple VCCS Locations

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish multiple contracts with qualified Contractors for the provision of dental crowns, dentures, prosthetics, and related laboratory appliances on an as-needed basis to support Dental programs at Virginiaâs Community Colleges System (VCCS). These contracts will cover nine (9) designated zones across the Commonwealth of Virginia, a list of VCCS colleges is available online at www.vccs.edu. The immediate need is for Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) located at 6699 Springfield Center Drive, Springfield, VA 22150. NVCC requires comprehensive dental laboratory services to support its instructional dental programs, which rely on the fabrication and timely delivery of crowns, bridges, dentures, removable appliances, and other custom prosthetic items used in student clinical instruction and patient care activities. Selected contractors shall provide full-service laboratory support, including fabrication, coordinated pickup and delivery, and adherence to established turnaround timelines, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and continuity of instructional operations.In lieu of a Pre-Bid Conference, questions will ONLY be accepted by e-mail ONLY to the Contract Officer through May 14, 2026 at 2:30 PM local time, any inquiries regarding this solicitation should be directed only to: Kathleen Agee, at Email: kagee@ssc.vccs.edu.
