GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR

THE DENMARK LIBRARY

The Forsyth County Public Library Board of Trustees is soliciting

qualifications from qualified firms to provide General Construction

Services.

Qualifications will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time Thursday,

November 3, 2022 at the Forsyth County Procurement Department, 514

West Maple Street, Suite 104, Cumming, GA 30040. Please submit one (1)

original document and one (1) flash drive of complete Request for

Qualifications. Any qualification received after this date and time will not

be accepted. Qualifications will be publicly opened and only names of

submitting vendors will be read aloud at 2:30 p.m. An online meeting will

set up for the opening.

Copies of the qualification documents may be obtained from the Forsyth

County Procurement website: www.forsythco.com click on Business then

“Bids & Results” and then follow directions to download documents. If you

need assistance, please call our office at 770-888-8872.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications, and to

waive technicalities and informalities.

Award will be made at a later date.
