Synopsis:

|
The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) invites prospective proponents to provide submissions for the construction of a two-storey, semi-detached residential building located at 204 Cressy Drive, Denare Beach SK as further described in the attached documents.
Scope of project includes the design and construction of a new two-storey, semi-detached dwelling on crawlspace and associated site works.The size shall be limited to 1050 sq feet per unit. Refer to RFP for full extent of the work.
