The City of Fort Madison, Iowa, is accepting sealed proposals for the demolition and site preparation of properties located at 2216 Avenue L and 2220 Avenue L, Fort Madison, Iowa. This project includes complete demolition of structures, removal of basements, backfill and compaction to structural standards in preparation for the construction of a new Fire Station.

A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for, Thursday, May 29, 2025 @ 10:00 AM.

All proposals must be submitted by Friday, June 6, 2025 at 3:00 PM in a sealed envelope OR via email with subject line: "Proposal – Fire Station Demolition, 2216 & 2220 Avenue L"
