Demolition Phase
Invitation to Bidders:
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Corning School District, will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Demolition Phase, located in Corning, Arkansas.
Bids will be received until 4:00pm, May 23rd, and should be addressed and delivered to Trent Rogers at
trogers@crcrawford.com
. There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.
Bids will be received for the following trade and material packages:

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $50,000. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Corning School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
A pre-bid conference will be held on May 19th at 1:00 pm at 500 Bobcat Ln, Corning, AR 72422. The pre-bid conference is not a mandatory requirement to submit a bid on the project but is highly recommended..
