The intent of this contract is solicit bids for a qualified contractor for the demolition of the Ocean City Public Safety Building located at 835 Central Avenue. This project consists of the demolition of entire site, backfilling and regrading, installation of dense graded aggregate, installation of hot mix asphalt, soil remediation, removal of underground tank, borrow fill, disconnection of Halogen system, and removal of asbestos.
