Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the demolition site located at 131 State Street.  No bids will be accepted from bidders who do not attend the meeting.  All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the city to accept their bid.
