Summary
​​​​​​ Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for three (3) demolition of residential houses and properties (7-12374, 7-12710 & 7-12716).
Process

The Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 9:30 AM Arizona Time via Google Meet. You are required to RSVP to Megan Walker, mwalker2@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) for those that will be in attendance no later than Friday, June 20th, 2025 to receive a calendar invite for the Google Meeting.

Additionally, a site visit will be held on Tuesday June 24, 2025. You are required to RSVP to Megan Walker, mwalker2@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) no later than Monday, June 23, 2025.
