The Berrien County Community Development Department is seeking bids for the demolition of 111 Railroad Street and 708 South Red Bud Trail in Buchanan, MI. Bids are required to be in a sealed envelope and must be received by the Purchasing Department at 701 Main Street, St. Joseph, MI no later than February 12, 2025 at 09:00 AM EST. Bid 2025-011 will be opened that same day at approximately 09:30 AM EST in the Board of Commissioners Room on the second floor (ground level).
