The Berrien County Community Development Department is seeking bids for the demolition and removal of property. Bids are required to be in a sealed envelope and must be received by the Purchasing Department at 701 Main Street, St. Joseph, MI no later than October 30, 2024 at 09:00 AM EST. Bid 2024-100 will be opened that same day at approximately 09:30 AM EST in the Board of Commissioners Room on the second floor (ground level).
