The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete demolition services at 102 N. Davis Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia in accordance with the bid documents. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price.
All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Friday, December 27,

24 at 2:00 PM (ET).
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Monday, December 30, 2024 at 5:00 PM (ET).
The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:
The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
