INVITATION TO BID
On behalf of the Cross County Library Board of Trustees, the East Central Arkansas Regional Library will accept bids for the DEMOLITION OF LIBRARY-OWNED PROPERTIES – 104 MERRIMAN AVENUE EAST, WYNNE. Sealed bids, subject to the conditions within the scope document and specifications, will be received at the office of the Regional Librarian, 410 Merriman Avenue, East until Friday, March 13, 2026 at Noon and then publicly opened, for furnishing the supplies, materials and/or services as described below and tabulated for presentation to the Library Board in a meeting called for such purpose.
Copies of the scope document and specifications can be received at no charge from the Regional Librarian by contacting him at 410 Merriman Avenue, East in Wynne or by emailing jpaul@ecarls.org .
