Description:

The Town of Tyngsborough seeks sealed bids from qualified vendors for the demolition of a building that previously housed the Tyngsborough Senior Center at 180 Lakeview Ave. Work under this contract shall include the removal of any hazardous materials in accordance with applicable state and federal law and/or regulation and the demolition and removal of the building including the removal of the foundation and filling in of the site. Full bid documents will be available beginning on February 19, 2025 at tyngsboroughma.gov/bids.aspx. Sealed responses are due no later than 10:00 AM on March 19, 2025 as further outlined in the IFB.
