Summary

The work under this contract is to demolish the two structures on 844 &846 Central Avenue in Ocean City. Demolition involves the entire site including the building, pavement, fencing, etc. Along with this there will be asbestos abatement/removal, backfilling and regrading, installation of dense graded aggregate, and installation of hot mix asphalt.
