NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Request for Proposals
For the Demolition of the structure
Known as the Dodge City Water Plant located at 703 West Trail St
All proposals shall be submitted to the City Clerk, City of Dodge City, 806 N.2nd Ave. by 2:00pm on October 21st 2021. Each proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope or wrapping, identified on the outside with Water Plant Demolition Bid, the proposal opening date, and the time of bid opening.
The City of Dodge City is accepting Request for Proposals to solicit and select a demolition contractor to remove the structure located on the property located at 703 West Trail St in Dodge City Ks. The Water plant building shall be removed completely from the site. This includes all foundations and monuments.
Proposals sent to City Hall shall be marked Water Plant Demolition Bid.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
