The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.
Hand deliver sealed bids at City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd. floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 no later than
5:00 P.M. on February 24, 2025, and all bids received will be opened and publicly acknowledged at 10:00 A.M. on February 25, 2025.
