DEMOLITION OF BURNED STRUCTURE AT 317 AUWAIOLIMU ST.

Project Description: Demolish, remove, and dispose of the burned structure at 317 Auwailimu Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 (TMK 2-2-013:014), containing hazardous material (lead-based paint and asbestos). In addition, the asbestos and lead containing soil beneath the structure is to be removed and disposed, miscellaneous rubbish and debris on the property is to be removed and disposed, and the sewer pipe is to be cut and plugged. After soil removal the remaining soil is to be tested for lead.
