Notice is hereby given that Philadelphia Gas Works (“PGW”) will receive sealed proposals on or before March 31, 2026, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, via pgw.procureware.com, for the remediation demolition and removal of building 154 and all interior components at PGW’s Passyunk Plant.

This document outlines PGW’s objectives, describes the general characteristics of the services to be provided, and (without being exhaustive) outlines the principal obligations of PGW and the selected Proposer.

Questions concerning this Request for Proposals shall be directed in writing to PGW via pgw.procureware.com. Proposers may not contact PGW personnel regarding this RFP other than through pgw.procureware.com.

The Mandatory Site Survey is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on March 10, 2026, at 3100 W. Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145. Please email li.deng@pgworks.com by Friday, March 6, 2026, to coordinate your attendance.

***Important: During the site survey, all attendees must bring and wear the following safety gear:

  • Steel-toed shoes, Hard hats, Safety glasses, and Flame-resistant clothing compliant with the NFPA 2112 standard
