The current building is a one story wood framed building sitting on a concrete foundation. The building
measures approximately 44 feet x 34 feet. All utilities, including the existing water, sewer, electricity and
natural gas will be disconnected and capped by the Town of Wellesley. Town will abate any hazardous material
prior to demolition.
The building must be removed in its entirety, excluding existing foundation and slab-on-grade. The foundation
walls and floor slab can remain, however drainage must be provided in floor slab. After demolition and removal
of materials, the site will need to be back filled with clean gravel and left with a level gravel base adjacent to
the surrounding asphalt elevations.
