General Description of Project: Raze and remove the existing single-story single-family dwelling located at 8912 Claremont Avenue, Sherwood, Arkansas and all accessory structures including the removal of all debris, rubble, foundations, real and personal property. All concrete, including slabs, driveways, patios, decks, and walkways to any accessory structures are to be removed. All fencing to be removed. Fill materials are to be compacted as much as possible.Â
