INVITATION TO BID:       Demolition – 2 City Owned Buildings

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, Until 11:00 A.M. December 12, 2024, and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read.  Specifications for the above proposal required by the Leominster Mayors Office may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.  Bid documents may be downloaded  below.

DCAMM Certification for Demolition is required.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
