NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Community Deve lopment Manager of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will receive sealed bid for making the following improvements in the City of Joplin, Missouri.

For the demolition of structure(s), and clean-up of area at the following location(s):

· 701 S. Mckinley Ave

· 506 S. St Louis Ave

· 822 S. Chestnut (garage)

· 1319 S. Byers (garage)

· 319 N Harlem Ave

Specifications are on file in the office of the Planning & Community Development Manager, 602 S. Main Street 4th Floor. Bids must be in the hand of the Planning & Community Development department on or before 10:30 A.M. on Friday, January 16, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri. The Planning & Community Development Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
