DEMOLITION AT 1000 BUSSE RD.

The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for demolition and site restoration at 1000 Busse Rd., including but not limited to demolish and dispose of structures; remove trees, shrubs, and stumps; cut and remove pavement; repair, disconnect, remove, and replace sewer water system infrastructure; abandon pipes and structures with flowable fill; furnish, place, and compact structural fill; rough grade; furnish and place grade stakes; import and spread top soil; fine grade and restore landscaping; and other appurtenant work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and Contract Document CD-2627-01. Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions and Plans of this document. This project is located within the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois.
Bid documents may be obtained at the Community Development Department located at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Ave., Elk Grove Village, Illinois, (847) 357-4220. All bidders must be prequalified prior to receiving bid documents. Village prequalification includes a completed and approved Village Work History Statement. Prequalification forms are available at the Community Development Department or online at the following web address: www.elkgrove.org/government/bids-rfps-rfqs

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 6, at 9:00 AM, local time at 1000 Busse Rd., Elk Grove Village, Illinois project site. Bids will be received until 10:45 AM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and opened at 11:00 AM local time, at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Ave, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read.  All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.  Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Finance Department, Village of Elk Grove Village, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007 and marked to indicate the following:
