Project Description: The City of McKinney is soliciting Proposals to award a construction contract for the demolition and asbestos abatement services. The City is interested in demolishing two facilities including the previous McKinney City Hall facility located at 222 N. Tennessee Street and the previous McKinney Development Services facility located at 221 N. Tennessee Street.
