Lake County Land Bank Authority (“LCLBA”) is accepting proposals

Lake County Land Bank Authority (“LCLBA”) is accepting proposals from experienced companies for demolition and abatement services at a residential property located at: 1395 E Washington Street, Baldwin MI

The LCLBA is funding this project using a Blight Elimination Grant from the Michigan State Land Bank Authority, and the project will be conducted in compliance with grant requirements, including reporting requirements. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP0127 awarded to The State of Michigan by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
