CORNELL UNIVERSITY NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 161048_- DEMOLISH TURKEY HILL FACILITY AND MUENSCHER LAB GREENHOUSE will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00 PM on December 10, 2024, then opened publicly in Room 102C Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/96949169438?pwd=WGVPIggdEgYqKwhDa1fnN2KmwuJ5va.1&from=addon
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. The scope of work will include:

1. Demolish the Turkey Hill Field Facility, Muenscher Greenhouse, and Pony Barn.

2. Provide grading and earthwork as well as reseeding the area where the building has been removed.

3. Install fencing at the pony barns.

Fees are waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Certification status will be verified in the New York State Contract System.
