Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 341018_- DEMOLISH GENEVA GATES BARN, SHED AND LOOMIS BARN will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00PM on December 5, 2024, then opened publicly in Room 133 Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/97738546315?pwd=xlSgT5eb8aobcts0iEJl2P8FGyKhXt.1&from=addon Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid.

The scope of work will include:

1. Demolish two (2) barns and one (1) shed located at the Geneva Campus. The Gates Barn is approximately 6,000 square feet, and the Gates Shed is approximately 170 square feet. The Loomis Barn is approximately 5,250 square feet.
2. Grade and seed all disturbed areas.
3. Install fencing to match existing fencing as shown on the Drawings.

Bidders may preview and purchase plans and specifications from a secure website for non-refundable fee of $49.00 per set. Fees are waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Certification status will be verified in the New York State Contract System.
